测试步骤 1. 检查传感器上的电压

  1. 将断路开关和钥匙起动开关转到接通位置。

  2. 从机器线束上断开传感器。

  3. 在传感器的机器线束接头处,测量触点 1(导线 428-OR(橙))与触点 2(导线 202-BK(黑))之间的电压。

预期结果:

电压测量值应约为 5 VDC。

结果:

  • 确定 - 电压约为 5 VDC。 转至测试步骤 2。

  • 异常 - 电压不是约 5 VDC。

    修复: 机器线束有问题或 ECU 出故障。 ECU 故障不太可能。

    转至测试步骤 3。

测试步骤 2. 检查电路有无开路

  1. 将钥匙起动开关和断路开关转到断开位置。

  2. 从 ECU 上断开机器线束接头 J1 和 J2。

  3. 在传感器的机器线束接头上,将一条跨接导线连在触点 1(导线 428-OR(橙))与触点 2(导线 202-BK(黑))之间。

  4. 在机器线束接头 J1 上,测量触点 J1-22(导线 428-OR(橙))与所有可能的蓄电池负极连接之间的电阻。

预期结果:

电阻测量值应小于 5 欧姆。

结果:

  • 确定 - 电阻测量值小于 5 欧姆。 进行步骤 3。

  • 异常 - 电阻测量值大于 5 欧姆。

    修复: 信号电路中存在开路。 修理或更换线束。

测试步骤 3. 检查电路是否短路

  1. 断路开关和钥匙起动开关仍保持在 OFF 位置。

  2. 机器线束接头 J1 和 J2 保持断开状态。

  3. 拆下上一个测试步骤中安装的跨接导线。

  4. 在 ECU 的机器线束接头 J1 和 J2 处,测量从传感器信号触点 J1-22(导线 428-OR(橙))到所有其他 J1 和 J2 触点的电阻。

预期结果:

结果:

  • 确定 - 各电阻测量值都大于 5000 欧姆。

    修复: 传感器出故障。 更换传感器,确认使用新传感器后排除该故障。 如果仍存在该故障,则需先退出本步骤,然后重新执行一次。

    停止

  • 异常 - 电阻测量值小于 5000 欧姆。

    修复: 机器线束中存在短路。 信号电路与电阻测量值偏低的电路之间存在短路。 修理或更换线束。
