注: 以下测试步骤可能会生成其他诊断代码。 忽略生成的这些诊断代码,并在修复原有诊断代码后清除这些忽略的诊断代码。 执行本程序之前,请确保诊断代码 CID 0168 FMI 04 为激活状态。

测试步骤 1. 检查 J1 接头处的蓄电池电压。

预期结果:

结果:

  • 电压小于 9.0 VDC。 - 转至测试步骤 2。

  • 电压大于 9.0 VDC。 - Cat ET 指出大于 9.0 VDC 的 "ECM 蓄电池电压"。 然而,存在激活的 CID 0168 - FMI 04 代码。

    修复: 更换 ECM。 更换 ECM 之前,一定要咨询当地代理商征求 Caterpillar 可能的意见。 此咨询可以大大降低维修时间。 请参阅测试和调整, KENR8291, "电子控制单元 - 更换"。 确认故障已排除。

    停止

测试步骤 2. 检查蓄电池上的电压。
