Air/Fuel Ratio Control - Adjust

Usage:

G3520E FZJ

    3. 调整"燃料质量"参数,直到发动机稳定且排气中氧约为 4%。 确认排气口温度低于警告设定点。

    4. 调整主调速器。 请参考系统操作/测试和调整, "发动机调速 - 调整"。

  6. 闭合发电机主断路器以接合发电机。

    注: 当发动机负载超过 40% 时,空气/燃料比将以反馈模式工作。

  7. 缓慢地将负载直线增加到 30%。

    注: 当空气/燃料比控制在反馈模式时,燃料修正因子(FCF)可能不再为 100%。 电子控制模块可能调整 FCF,以便补偿燃料质量和环境状况。

  8. 将"期望排放增益调整"参数值设定为 "100"。

  9. 确认 Cat ET 上的发电机功率输出读数与开关设备上指示的读数一致。

    如果读数不一致,调整"发电机输出功率传感器比例因子"和/或"发电机输出功率传感器偏移"参数。 同时,确保"发动机输出功率配置"和"发动机被驱动附件负载配置"参数准确编程。 请参考系统操作/测试和调整, "电子控制系统参数"。

  10. 缓慢地将负载直线增加到 70%。 确认发动机的稳定的。

    如果发动机不稳定,调整辅助调速器。 请参考系统操作/测试和调整, "发动机调速 - 调整"。

  11. 确认 NOx 排放超过要求的全负载设定。

  12. 缓慢地将负载直线增加到 100%。

  13. 确认 Cat ET 上的发电机功率输出读数与开关设备上指示的读数一致。

  14. 调整"期望排放增益调整"参数以便获得工作场所要求的排放值。

    • 如需使空气/燃料混合气变稀,降低增益调整。

    • 如需使空气/燃料混合气变浓,增加增益调整。

    "期望排放增益调整"中的一个小的改变引起实际废气排放大的改变。 例如,参数值 1% 的调整将导致 NOx 实际浓度改变 20 到 40 ppm。

    当调整废气排放时,对增益值进行小的改变。 等待系统稳定。 再次检查排放。 重复这个过程,直到达到要求的排放级。

    使用排放分析器,以便确认排放值符合工作场所的要求。
