使用本步骤进行标定期望的发动机正时偏置和发动机的第一期望正时的参数。
电子控制模块(ECM)标定飞轮上止点(TC)和凸轮轴 TC 之间的机械差异。 在将发动机投入使用前,必须在发动机上进行正时偏置标定。 使用正时标定以标定 ECM 中到 1 号活塞上止点位置的时间。 维修技师使用正时灯以为 ECM 提供飞轮的实际上止点。 通过 Caterpillar 电子技师(ET)将偏置值编程到 ECM 中。
使用发动机转速 / 正时传感器来检测凸轮轴的上止点。 提供该信号给 ECM。
如果更换了 ECM 且没有使用复制配置功能,则必须进行发动机正时标定。 另外,如果未在发动机的前齿轮系上进行该工作,则必须标定正时。 执行下列步骤以标定发动机正时:
- 将 Cat ET 连接到维修工具接头上。 与发动机 ECM 建立通信。 确保发动机正时的当前配置正确:
- 进入配置屏幕。 定位下列参数:
- 第一期望正时
- 期望的发动机正时偏置
- 第一期望正时
- 获取发动机当前正使用气体的甲烷值。 务必参阅发动机的最近气体分析。
- 使用气体分析中的甲烷值以获取该发动机点火正时的技术规范。 该信息可从提供给发动机的性能数据中获得。 有关您发动机的性能参数,请参阅技术市场信息(TMI)。
- 用发动机性能数据表中的点火正时编程第一期望正时的参数。
- 进入配置屏幕。 定位下列参数:
- 拆下飞轮壳体左侧上的检修螺塞 (2) 。

- 将正时灯安装到发动机上。
- 将电源线连接到蓄电池电源的接线端上。
- 将电磁拾波器的导线与 1 号气缸的火花塞导线相连接 。
- 起动发动机。 让发动机高怠速运转。
- 使用正时灯以检查发动机的实际点火正时。 确保实际点火正时与第一期望正时的编程正时相符。
如果实际点火正时不符合第一期望正时,则重新编程期望发动机正时偏置以调整发动机的实际点火正时。
当飞轮的正时与性能数据表中的点火正时技术规范一致时,完成正时标定。
- 恢复发动机的原有配置。 将发动机投入使用。
