电子控制模块(ECM)标定飞轮上止点(TC)和凸轮轴 TC 之间的机械差异。 在将发动机投入使用前,必须在发动机上进行正时偏置标定。 使用正时标定以标定 ECM 中到 1 号活塞上止点位置的时间。 维修技师使用正时灯以为 ECM 提供飞轮的实际上止点。 通过 Caterpillar 电子技师(ET)将偏置值编程到 ECM 中。

使用发动机转速 / 正时传感器来检测凸轮轴的上止点。 提供该信号给 ECM。

如果更换了 ECM 且没有使用复制配置功能,则必须进行发动机正时标定。 另外,如果未在发动机的前齿轮系上进行该工作,则必须标定正时。 执行下列步骤以标定发动机正时:

  1. 将 Cat ET 连接到维修工具接头上。 与发动机 ECM 建立通信。 确保发动机正时的当前配置正确:

    1. 进入配置屏幕。 定位下列参数:

      • 第一期望正时

      • 期望的发动机正时偏置

    1. 获取发动机当前正使用气体的甲烷值。 务必参阅发动机的最近气体分析。

    1. 使用气体分析中的甲烷值以获取该发动机点火正时的技术规范。 该信息可从提供给发动机的性能数据中获得。 有关您发动机的性能参数,请参阅技术市场信息(TMI)。

    1. 用发动机性能数据表中的点火正时编程第一期望正时的参数。

    (1) 正时指示灯

    (2) 检修螺塞

  1. 拆下飞轮壳体左侧上的检修螺塞 (2) 。

  1. 将正时灯安装到发动机上。

    1. 将电源线连接到蓄电池电源的接线端上。

    1. 将电磁拾波器的导线与 1 号气缸的火花塞导线相连接 。

  1. 起动发动机。 让发动机高怠速运转。

  1. 使用正时灯以检查发动机的实际点火正时。 确保实际点火正时与第一期望正时的编程正时相符。

    如果实际点火正时不符合第一期望正时,则重新编程期望发动机正时偏置以调整发动机的实际点火正时。

    当飞轮的正时与性能数据表中的点火正时技术规范一致时,完成正时标定。

  1. 恢复发动机的原有配置。 将发动机投入使用。
