测试步骤 1. 检查传感器

  1. 将钥匙起动开关和断路开关转到接通位置。

  2. 从传感器上断开机器线束。 然后,观察诊断代码的状态。

预期结果:

诊断编码不是激活状态。

结果:

  • 正常 - 诊断编码不是激活状态。 线束电路正常。 刚刚断开的传感器出故障。

    修复: 更换传感器。

    停止

  • 异常 - 诊断代码仍为激活状态。 机器线束可能与接地间短路。 转至测试步骤 2。

测试步骤 2. 检查是否对接地短路

  1. 将钥匙起动开关和断路开关转到断开位置。

  2. 从 ECU 上断开机器线束。

  3. 在 ECU 的线束接头上,测量机架接地与传感器电源电路触点 J1-44(导线 709-OR(橙))之间的电阻。

预期结果:

电阻大于 5000 欧姆。

结果:

  • 正常 - 电阻大于 5000 欧姆。 线束电路的电阻正确。 ECU 可能出现故障。

    修复: ECU 不太可能会出现故障。 先退出此步骤,然后重新执行此步骤。 如果没有找到该诊断代码的原因,则应更换 ECU。 更换 ECU 之前,务必先咨询当地代理商的技术通信员征求 Caterpillar 可能的意见。 此咨询可以大大降低维修时间。 请参阅测试和调整, KENR8291, "电子控制单元 - 更换"。

    停止

  • 异常 - 电阻小于 5000 欧姆。 机器线束出现故障。
