测试步骤 1. 确认软件版本

  • 异常 - 有可用的较新软件版本。

测试步骤 2. 检查线束。

  1. 将钥匙起动开关转到断开位置。

  2. 检查线束。

  3. 检查是否正确配对。

  6. 检查触针/插孔是否合适。

  7. 将机器线束接头从变速箱 ECU 上断开。

  8. 在机器线束接头上,测量接头触点 2(导线 L910-WH(白))与变速箱 ECU 的 J1-4(导线 L910-WH(白))之间的电阻。

预期结果:

电阻应小于 5 欧姆。

结果:

  • 正常 - 电阻小于 5 欧姆。 机器线束正常。 转至测试步骤 3。

  • 异常 - 电阻大于 5 欧姆。 机器线束中存在断路。 导线 (L910-WH(白)) 中存在开路。

    修复: 修理或更换机器线束。

  1. 检查线束接头。 清理线束接头的触点,并检查导线绝缘层是否由于过热、蓄电池酸液或擦伤而损坏。

  2. 对与电路有关的每一根导线进行拉力为 45 N (10 lb) 的拉拔测试。

  3. 重新连接所有线束接头。 确保接头完全座入且每个接头的夹子完全紧固。

  4. 将断路开关和钥匙起动开关转到接通位置。

  5. 操作机器。

  6. 确定 CID 0672 FMI 02 是否为激活状态。

预期结果:

CID 0672 FMI 02 为激活状态。

结果:

  • 是 - CID 0672 FMI 02 为激活状态。 此故障没有得到排除。
