- 清除前板与缸体之间接触面上的旧密封垫。 将新密封垫安装在缸体上。 按照缸体底面的轮廓切割密封垫。
- 安装密封垫、前板 (4) 和螺栓 (3) 。

将正时齿轮板在缸体上固定到位的螺栓的螺栓头的厚度应减小。 齿轮间隙需要减小的螺栓头厚度。 |
- 如有必要，将正时轮和螺栓安装到凸轮轴轴承 (1) 上。 将惰齿轮 (5) 上的标记 (B) 与曲轴齿轮上的标记 (B) 对齐。 将凸轮轴齿轮上的标记 (C) 与曲轴齿轮上的标记 (C) 对齐。 安装凸轮轴齿轮 (1) 和螺栓 (2) 。 拧紧螺栓 (2) 至扭矩为 55 ± 10 N·m (41 ± 7 lb ft)。
