Boost Control Valve
增压控制阀通常用在涡轮增压式发动机上。 增压控制阀用于将发动机功率限制在预定级别。 通过限制满载条件下发动机的进气来限制发动机的功率。

增压控制阀位于涡轮增压器和空燃混合器进气口之间的供气管路上。 控制阀包括壳体、活塞 (2) 和弹簧 (4) 。 弹簧的拉力迫使活塞打开,直到涡轮增压器的气压超过弹簧拉力。 随着机器要求增加,涡轮增压器的进气量增加。 进气量增加使得进气口的气压升高。 随着涡轮增压器的气压升高,活塞被推入阀体内。 随着活塞进入阀体,流入发动机的涡轮增压器进气受到阻碍。
要使活塞正常工作,弹簧腔必须密封防止进气口的加压空气进入。 必须允许弹簧腔通风到大气压力。 通道 (3) 铸入阀体中,经过整个阀体通入弹簧腔。 空气管路 (5) 与此通道相连。 空气管路使过滤后的空气可以在弹簧腔和进气通道之间自由流通。 活塞可以在弹簧腔内自由移动。 切勿让通道和空气管路被污垢或碎屑阻塞。
