Usage:
The "Danger Do Not Operate" tags are again available in the Miscellaneous Order system. The tags warn people not to operate a piece of equipment when it is in the process of repair.
These tags are made of hard plastic and can be used again and again. The person that attaches the tag to the machine must write his name and the date on the card. Use a lead pencil so the information can be erased easily. Attach the tag in a place where it will be easily seen in the operator's compartment to attract the attention of the operator before starting. Do not remove the tag until all repairs are complete and the machine operates correctly.
Both sides of the tag.
Order "Danger Do Not Operate" tags on a Miscellaneous Order form (MMSO). The tag number is SEHS7332. Each tag costs $0.20 U.S.
Keep tags in the service shop and field service trucks to use when necessary.
