Description of Change: A new thrust bearing assembly is used in turbocharger cartridges for the above models. The new bearing assembly has a strainer (screen) to keep foreign material out of the oil passage. Formerly, some bearings were damaged when the oil passage was closed by foreign material in the oil, especially particles of gaskets removed during service work.

Adaptable As: Direct replacement. The new 7N3762 Bearing Assembly can be installed in place of the former 2S1186 Thrust Bearing, which is canceled.
