Overspeed Verification Test

执行超速确认前，使用 Caterpillar 电子技师（ET）确定发动机超速的停机设定。 选择"维修"栏。 选择"监控系统"，查看"发动机超速"以及"发动机停机"设定。 请参阅插图 1。 在本例中，编程设定是 2200 rpm。

(1) 选择"监控系统"。
(2) 检查 RPM 设定。 | |
在本例中，编程设定 2200 rpm 的 75% 是 1650 rpm。 执行超速确认时，监测发动机转速以确认发动机在达到编程值的 75% 时停机。

为了设置超速确认功能，拨动瞬时开关约 1 秒钟。 这将造成在编程超速设定的 75% 时发生超速停机。
注: 拨动开关的该功能可在 Cat ET 中进行配置，以起到超速确认开关或扭矩限制开关的作用。 工厂默认为超速确认开关。
加速时起动发动机并监测发动机转速，以确定发动机是否在编程设定的 75% 时停机。

(4) 双击"发动机超速测试"
(5) 选择"超越参数"。 | |
从"诊断"下拉菜单中，选择"诊断测试"。 然后选择"超越参数"。 接着选择"发动机超速测试"。

选择"接通"然后单击"确定"。 使屏幕保持超越参数激活状态。 如果离开超越参数屏幕，该参数将自动默认返回到正常模式，发动机将不会在编程设定的 75% 时停机。
加速时起动发动机并监测发动机转速，以确定发动机是否在编程设定的 75% 时停机。
