Oil Filter Differential Pressure Problem

可能原因

  • 机油滤清器堵塞或机油滤清器故障

  • 机油压力传感器和/或电路

  • 机油滤清器旁通阀故障

建议的措施

机油滤清器堵塞或机油滤清器故障

检查机油滤清器的压差。 压差不允许超过 103 kPa (15 psi)。 如果机油滤清器压差太高,更换机油滤清器滤芯。

检查机油滤清器是否在良好的状况。 如果滤清器壳体存在明显的外部损坏,则机油滤清器可能有故障。 更换任何怀疑有故障的机油滤清器。

机油压力传感器和/或电路

当发动机停机时,使用 Cat ET 将 "Engine Oil Pressure(发动机机油压力)"参数与 "Unfiltered Engine Oil Pressure(未经过滤的发动机机油压力)"参数的状态进行比较。 确保传感器接线正确。

如果传感器之间的差异不近似零,对传感器电路进行故障诊断与排除。 参考故障排除, "传感器信号(模拟、有源)- 测试"。

机油滤清器旁通阀故障

如果机油滤清器旁通阀卡在关闭位置,则在机油温度低时能引起压差读数高。 如果机油滤清器旁通阀卡在打开位置,则在机油温度高时能引起压差读数低。 检查机油滤清器旁通阀的工作情况。 有关更多信息,请参阅系统操作/测试和调整, "测量发动机机油压力"。

如果怀疑机油滤清器旁通阀操作不正常,修理阀,如可能。 必要时,更换阀。
