  1. Use two people to position radiator (15). The weight of radiator (15) is approximately 41 kg (90 lb).

  2. Position aftercooler (12). The weight of aftercooler (12). The weight of aftercooler (12) is approximately 18 kg (40 lb).

  3. Use two people to position oil cooler (11). The weight of oil cooler (11) is approximately 29 kg (65 lb).

  4. Install plate assembly (14) and bolts (13)

  5. Install bolts (10).

  6. Install bolts (9).

  7. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cooling assembly (7). The weight of cooling assembly (7) is approximately 88 kg (194 lb).

  8. Install bolts (8) into cooling assembly (7).

  9. Install brackets (6) and bolts (5).

  10. Install grill (4) and bolts (3).

  11. Install shroud assembly (2) and bolts (1).

End By:

  1. Install cooling package (radiator, aftercooler, oil cooler)
