Start By:

  1. Remove the cooling system package (radiator, aftercooler, oil cooler).

  1. Remove bolts (1) and shroud assembly (2).

  2. Remove bolts (3) and grill (4).

  3. Remove bolts (5) and brackets (6).

  4. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cooling assembly (7). The weight of cooling assembly (7) is approximately 88 kg (194 lb).

  5. Remove bolts (8) from cooling assembly (7). Remove cooling assembly (7).

  6. Remove bolts (9).

  7. Remove bolts (10).

  8. Remove bolts (13) and plate assembly (14).

  9. Use two people to remove oil cooler (11). The weight for oil cooler (11) is approximately 29 kg (64 lb).

  10. Remove aftercooler (12). The weight of aftercooler (12) is approximately 18 kg (40 lb).

  11. Use two people to remove radiator (15). The weight of radiator (15) is approximately 41 kg (90 lb).
