Radiator Core - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure

Start By:
- Remove the bottom guard.
- Remove the hood and dust ejector.
- Remove the fan.
- Drain the coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System (ELC) Coolant - Change" for the proper draining and filling procedures.
- Use two people to remove grill assembly (1) .

- Disconnect hose assemblies (3), (4), and (5) from water tank (2) .

- Remove water tank (2) .
- Loosen clamps (7) and reposition the hose.

- Remove bracket (6) and the spacer.
- Remove hoses (8) and the adapters. Remove bolts (9) .

- Use two people to tilt and remove radiator core (10) .
- Repeat Steps 5 through 8 to remove the other radiator core.
Installation Procedure
- Install radiator core (10) in the reverse order of removal.
