Aftercooler - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the left side engine side guard.
- Remove the left side radiator core.
- Remove hose assembly (1) and tube assembly (2) .

View from the bottom of the machine. | |
- Remove bolts (4) and the rubber mounts.

- Remove retainer (5) and the spacer.
- Use two people to remove aftercooler (3). The weight of aftercooler (3) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).
Installation Procedure
- Install aftercooler (3) in the reverse order of removal.
