Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Connect the steering frame lock.

2. Release the hydraulic system pressure.

1. Remove panel assembly (1).

2. Disconnect harness assembly (2).

3. Disconnect hose assemblies (3) and hose assemblies (4).

4. Remove the bolts and remove hydrostatic manifold (5).

Installation Procedure

1. Install hydrostatic manifold (5) in the reverse order of removal.

Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the hydrostatic manifold.

1. Remove O-ring seal (2) from hydrostatic manifold (1).

2. Remove fittings (3) and the O-ring seals.

3. Remove plug (4) and the O-ring seal.

4. Remove fittings (6) and the O-ring seals.

5. Remove plug (5) and the O-ring seal.

6. Remove nut (8).

7. Remove coil (7).

8. Remove cartridge (9).

9. Remove backup rings (14) and O-ring seal (12) from cartridge (9).

10. Remove backup rings (13) and O-ring seal (11).

11. Remove O-ring seal (10).

Assembly Procedure

1. Install O-ring seal (10) onto cartridge (9).

2. Install backup rings (13) and O-ring seal (11).

3. Install backup rings (14) and O-ring seal (12).

4. Install cartridge (9). Tighten cartridge (9) to a torque of 27 ± 1 N·m (20 ± 1 lb ft).

5. Install coil (7).

6. Install nut (8). Tighten nut (8) to a torque of 6.1 ± 0.7 N·m (53.99 ± 6.20 lb in).

7. Install plug (5) and the O-ring seal.

8. Install fittings (6) and the O-ring seals.

9. Install plug (4) and the O-ring seal.

10. Install fittings (3) and the O-ring seals.

11. Install O-ring seal (2) onto hydrostatic manifold (1).

End By:

1. Install the hydrostatic manifold.
