Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the hydrostatic, charge gear pump.

  1. Remove O-ring seal (1).

  2. Loosen bolts (2).

  3. Remove mounting plate (3).

  4. Remove seal (4). Remove seal assembly (5). Remove bearing (6).

  5. Remove shafts (7).

  6. Remove pump housing (8).

  7. Remove seal (9) from pump housing (8). Remove seal assembly (10). Remove bearing (11).

  8. Remove spacer plate (12).

  9. Remove seal (13) and plate (14).

  10. Remove seals (15) and the retaining ring from plate (14) if seals (15) are damaged.

  11. Remove seal (16). Remove seal assembly (17). Remove coupling (18). Remove bearing (19).

  13. Remove pump housing (21).

  14. Remove seal (22) from pump housing (21). Remove seal assembly (23) and remove bearing (24).
