Engine Oil Cooler - Remove and Install
Start By:
- Remove the engine electronic control module.
- Remove the counterweight.
- Drain the coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct filling and draining procedure.
- Drain the engine oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Engine Oil and Filter - Change" for the correct filling and draining procedure.

- Remove bolts (8) and manifold (7).
- Remove bolts (5) and engine oil cooler assembly (4).
- Install engine oil cooler assembly (4) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of
22 N·m (195 lb in) in the sequence shown. - Tighten bolts (8) to a torque of
22 N·m (195 lb in) .
