Removal Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the cab.

------ WARNING! ------

Hot oil and components can cause personal injury.

Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.


------ WARNING! ------

Personal injury can result from hot oil spray and raised work tools.

Make sure all the work tools have been lowered, the oil is cool and the pressure has been released from the hydraulic system before removing any components or lines.

Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.


  1. Drain the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

  2. Disconnect hose assemblies (1) and (3). Disconnect harness assembly (2).

  3. Attach a suitable lifting device to implement pump (5). The weight of implement pump (5) is approximately 14 kg (30 lb). Remove bolts (4). Remove implement pump (5).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install implement pump (5) in the reverse order of removal.
