Removal Procedure

1. Drain the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

2. Remove bolts (2) and panel (1).

3. Disconnect hose assemblies (3) and (4).

4. Remove cover assembly (5).

5. Attach a suitable lifting device to hydraulic tank assembly (6). The weight of hydraulic tank assembly (6) is approximately 136 kg (300 lb).

6. Disconnect harness assembly (7). Remove bolts (8). Remove hydraulic tank assembly (6)

Installation Procedure

1. Install hydraulic tank assembly (6) in the reverse order of removal.
