加热/空调装置中包含三台执行器,用来控制阻风门的位置。

操作控制面板上的相关开关时,为执行器的端子 6 或 7 通电。 具体转向随获得电源端子的不同而变化。 每台执行器均配有可变电阻器。 电阻大小随执行器转速的不同而变化。 控制面板为可变电阻器提供 5V 电压。 控制面板通过测量电压差检测阻风门的位置。 检测到指定位置时,控制面板停止为执行器供电。 在控制面板上设置指定位置。

注: 如果直接为执行器供电,则不能驱动执行器。 执行器的输出轴可能损坏。 执行器的绕组可能烧毁。

(13) 新鲜空气检测开关

(14) 再循环空气检测开关

(15) 空气再循环空气触点。

(16) 新鲜空气触点

执行器与检测开关接合工作。 在此情况下,新鲜空气检测开关和再循环空气检测开关与执行器位置检测开关一起工作。

例如,当控制开关从新鲜空气切换到再循环空气时,触点发生移动。 结果电源中断,触点停留在新鲜空气位置。

微机向执行器发送信号。 此信号通过改变排气位置来控制以下设置的阻风门位置:

  • 面部

  • 面部和地板

  • 脚部

  • 脚部和除霜

空气混合执行器

空气混合执行器用于空气温度控制。 此执行器负责打开和关闭空气混合风门。 空气混合执行器配有与执行器轴相连的电位计。

空气混合风门的目标位置由温度控制开关决定。 执行器的电位计向控制模块发送数据。 控制模块将决定执行器的转向。
