Clean Gas Induction Valve - Disassemble

Usage:

Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the clean gas induction valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Clean Gas Induction Valve - Remove".


NOTICE

Keep all parts clean from contaminants.

Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.


Note: This component is being disassembled and displayed for CLEANING PURPOSES ONLY. Many internal parts are not available for this component. Care must be taken during disassembly and assembly in order to prevent damage to unavailable parts.

  1. Remove bolts (1) in order to remove actuator assembly (2) from clean gas induction valve (5) .

  1. Remove bolts (3) in order to remove flange (4) from clean gas induction valve (5) .

  1. Remove fitting (6). Remove fitting (7). Remove solenoid valve (8). Remove bolts (9). Remove cover assembly (10) .

  1. Remove nut (10) in order to remove coil assembly (11) from solenoid valve (8). Remove harness assembly (12) .

  1. Remove O-ring seals (13). Remove O-ring seal (14) .

  1. Remove O-ring seal (15). Check wiper (16) and the cushion for wear or for damage.

  1. Remove O-ring seals (17) .

  1. Remove bolts (18) in order to remove flange (19) from clean gas induction valve (5) .

  1. Remove O-ring seal (20). Remove plug (21). Remove fitting (22). Remove sensor (23) .
