- Naikkan bulldozer blade dan ganjal bulldozer blade. Pada saat melepaskan cutting edge dan end bit, jaga agar bulldozer blade tetap berada pada ketinggian minimum.
- Lepaskan baut. Kemudian lepaskan cutting edge dan end bit.
- Bersihkan seluruh permukaan yang saling bersinggungan.
- Periksa sisi yang berlawanan di cutting edge. Apabila sisi berlawanan di cutting edge tidak aus, putar sisi yang berlawanan di cutting edge ke arah luar dan pasang cutting edge.
- Apabila kedua sisi cutting edge telah aus, pasang cutting edge yang baru.
- Ulangi Langkah 4 dan 5 untuk end bit.
- Pasang semua baut dan kencangkan baut pada torsi yang ditentukan.

- Naikkan bulldozer blade dan lepaskan ganjal. Turunkan bulldozer blade ke tanah.
- Setelah mengoperasikan alat berat selama beberapa jam, periksa semua baut terhadap torsi yang benar.
