Description of Change: The new aftercoolers have a more rugged design that will enhance service life of the aftercooler core. The new design also offers a better seal design than the previous aftercoolers.
Adaptable To: The new 268-1702 Raw Water Aftercooler Gp (12 Volt) is a direct replacement for 204-1345 Raw Water Aftercooler Gp (12 Volt). The new 268-1703 Raw Water Aftercooler Gp (24 Volt) is a direct replacement for 204-3536 Raw Water Aftercooler Gp (24 Volt). The new aftercoolers are effective with 3GS2228-UP on 3126B marine engines. The new aftercoolers are effective with C7B295-UP and C7X621-UP on C7 marine engines. The new aftercoolers are adaptable to 3GS1-2227 and 9ZF1-UP on 3126B marine engines. The new aftercoolers are adaptable to C7B1-294 and C7X1-620 on C7 marine engines.
