Fuel Tank - Install
Installation Procedure

- Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to fuel tank (2). The weight of the fuel tank is approximately 220 kg (485 lb). Install fuel tank (2) .

- Install four bolts (12), and the washers to the fuel tank.

- Install four bolts (11), and the washers to fuel tank (2) .

- Install fender (9) .

- Install handrail (8) .
- Connect electrical connector (10) .
- Connect electrical connector (6) .

- Install cable strap (7) to hold the wiring harness.
- Connect hose assemblies (4) and (5) to the fuel valves.

- Open fuel valves (3) .
- Fill the fuel tank with clean fuel. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the capacity of the fuel tank.
- Prime the fuel system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Fuel System - Prime" for the proper priming procedure.
End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
