- 确保旋转接头的所有零件清洁且无污垢和碎屑。
- 检查 O 形密封圈 (12) 的状态。 如果 O 形密封圈磨损或损坏，则应使用新零件更换。

- 将 O 形密封圈 (12) 安装到螺塞 (13) 上。 在密封件上涂上干净的液压油。 安装螺塞 (13) 。
- 检查 O 形密封圈 (7) 和 (10) 以及密封件 (9) 的状况。
- 将密封件 (9) 和 O 形密封圈 (10) 安装到外部壳体 (8) 内。
- 使用适当的压具将外部壳体 (8) 安装到转子 (11) 上。
- 安装挡圈 (6) 、垫圈 (5) 和螺栓 (4) 。 这会将转子 (11) 和外部壳体 (8) 固定在一起。
- 在 O 形密封圈 (7) 上涂上清洁的液压油。 将 O 形密封圈安装到外部壳体中。
- 安装盖 (3) 、垫圈 (2) 和固定盖的螺栓 (1) 。
- 检查旋转接头有无泄漏。 堵上内部主体的排流口。 对旋转接头的顶部施加车间压缩空气压力并检查旋转接头有无泄漏。 车间压缩空气压力应介于 0.2758 MPa (40 psi) 与 0.4137 MPa (60 psi) 之间。
