- 从飞轮 (2) 上卸下两个螺栓 (1) 。 安装工具 (A) 。

- 安装工具 (B) 、工具 (C) 和工具 (D) 以支撑飞轮 (2) 的重量。 飞轮 (2) 的重量约为 177 kg (390 lb)。 拆下剩余的螺栓 (1) 。 拆下隔套 (3) 。 在工具 (A) 上滑动飞轮 (2) 。 拆下飞轮 (2) 。

- 检查齿圈的状况。 如有必要，采用以下步骤更换齿圈。
- 从飞轮上拆卸损坏的齿圈。
- 加热新齿圈。
- 将齿圈安装在飞轮上。 确保齿轮轮齿的斜面对着起动马达的小齿轮。
- 安装工具 (A) 。

- 使用工具 (B) 、工具 (C) 和工具 (D) 将飞轮 (2) 定位到工具 (A) 上。 飞轮 (2) 的重量约为 177 kg (390 lb)。

- 将隔套 (3) 安装到飞轮 (2) 上。 用机油润滑新螺栓 (1) 的螺纹。 安装新螺栓 (1) 。 拆下工具 (B) 、工具 (C) 和工具 (D) 。

- 拆下工具 (A) ，然后安装其余的新螺栓 (1) 。 拧紧螺栓 (1) 至扭矩为 550 ± 50 N·m (406 ± 37 lb ft)。 将螺栓 (1) 继续拧紧 85 至 95 度。
