Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the engine side guard from the left side of the machine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Side Guards - Remove and Install" in this module.

1. Loosen clamp (1) and disconnect hose (2) .

2. Loosen clamp (3) and remove breather (4) .

3. Remove the nut, the bolt, and the washer (5). Remove clip (6) .

4. Remove the nut, the bolt, and the washer (7). Remove clip (8) .

5. Remove the nut, the bolt, and the washer (9). Remove clip (10) .

6. Loosen clamp (11) and disconnect hose (12) .

7. Remove fumes disposal tube (13) from the machine.

8. Remove the nut, the bolt, and the washer from the hose clip. Remove the hose clip from hose (12). Remove hose (12) from the machine.

Installation Procedure

1. Install hose (12) on the machine. Install the hose clip on hose (12). Install the bolt, the washer, and the nut on the hose clip.

2. Position fumes disposal tube (13) on the machine. Connect hose (12) to fumes disposal tube (13). Tighten clamp (11) .

3. Install clip (10). Install the bolt, the washer, and the nut (9) .

4. Install clip (8). Install the bolt, the washer, and the nut (7) .

5. Install clip (6). Install the bolt, the washer, and the nut (5) .

6. Install breather (4) on the machine. Connect hose (2). Tighten clamps (3) and (1) .

End By: Install the engine side guard on the left side of the machine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Side Guards - Remove and Install" in this module.
