建议进行发动机定期清洁。 蒸汽清洁发动机将去除积聚的机油和润滑脂。 清洁的发动机有以下好处：
- 容易检查到油液渗漏的地方
- 最大的热传递特性
- 保养方便
注: 清洁发动机时必须多加小心以防止过多的水损坏电气部件。 避免洗及诸如交流发电机、起动马达和 ECM 等电气部件。
