New Flash Files Are Available For Cold Mode Starting Strategy {7620}

Engine:
3412E (S/N: 4CR1960-UP; BDT1493-UP)

The above engines now have a new parameter. The parameter is a selectable cold mode start strategy. Engines with high parasitic loads have a hard time starting with the cold mode starting strategy on. The new flash files will allow the operator to turn the cold mode starting strategy on or off. This feature is only available for the version "D" 156-7172 Engine Electronic Control Gp. The updated flash files for the selectable cold mode starting strategy are shown in Table 1.
