Turbocharger - Disassemble
Disassembly Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the turbocharger. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Turbocharger - Remove".

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Mark the turbocharger housings for alignment upon assembly.

- Disconnect hose (5) from compressor cover (4) .
- Loosen clamp (1) and clamp (2) .
- Remove compressor cover (4) from cartridge assembly (6) .
- Remove turbine housing (3) from cartridge assembly (6) .
