- 加热飞轮齿圈。 不要使用喷灯加热飞轮齿圈。 在飞轮上安装飞轮齿圈。 定位飞轮齿圈，零件号朝向曲轴。 让飞轮齿圈冷却。 使用软锤，使飞轮齿圈座靠在飞轮肩上。
- 在飞轮 (2) 上固定工具 (B) 和适当的起吊设备。 飞轮 (2) 的重量约为 40 kg (85 lb)。

- 在工具 (A) 上定位飞轮 (2) 。
- 将工具 (C) 涂敷在螺栓 (1) 的螺纹上。
- 安装螺栓 (1) 。 拆下工具 (A) ，并安装剩余螺栓 (1) 。 均匀拧紧螺栓至扭矩为 300 ± 40 N·m (221 ± 30 lb ft)。
- 检查飞轮跳动。 请参阅测试与调整, "飞轮 - 检查"。
