在总功率控制下调整输出流量调整

(1) 锁紧螺母 (2) 调节螺钉 (3) 锁紧螺母 (4) 精调螺钉 | |
调整驱动泵的流量。
- 松开锁紧螺母 (1) 。
- 顺时针转动调整螺钉 (2) 将增大泵的输出流量。 逆时针转动调整螺钉 (2) 将减少泵的输出流量。 通过松开锁紧螺母 (3) 可进行精调。 逆时针转动螺钉 (4) ，以减小输出流量。
- 拧紧锁紧螺母 (1) 至扭矩为 160 ± 24 N·m (118 ± 18 lb ft)。 拧紧锁紧螺母 (3) 至扭矩为 16 ± 2.4 N·m (12 ± 2 lb ft)。
- 要调整多轮泵，重复步骤1至3。

调整驱动泵的最大输出流量。
- 松开锁紧螺母 (5) 。
- 转动调整螺钉 (6) 以便调整最大输出流量。 顺时针转动调整螺钉 (6) 将减小泵的最大输出流量。 逆时针转动调整螺钉 (31) 将增大泵的最大输出流量。
- 拧紧锁紧螺母 (5) 至扭矩为 240 ± 36 N·m (177 ± 27 lb ft)。
- 以同样的方式调整惰轮泵的最大输出流量。 重复步骤 1 至 3。
