干燥和接收罐 (3) 由接收罐 (7) 、干燥剂 (4) 、过滤器 (5) 和接收罐接管 (6) 构成。

接收罐 (7) - 压缩机的转数根据发动机转速的不同具有很大的变化。 相应地,冷却回路内制冷剂的理想数量也发生变化。 接收罐 (7) 负责接收不同数量的制冷剂。 当冷却系统不需要过多的制冷剂时,其余制冷剂临时保存在接收罐 (7) 内。 当冷却系统需要更多的制冷剂时,接收罐将制冷剂通过接收罐接管 (6) 送往冷却罐。 接收罐 (7) 还通过保存过量的制冷剂来补充系统泄漏出的少量制冷剂。 此类泄漏是由制冷剂加注平衡或多孔橡胶软管引起的。

干燥剂 (4) (干燥剂) - 冷却回路中的水分可造成以下问题:压缩机故障, 压缩机油变质, 金属部件腐蚀 和 膨胀阀堵塞。 冷却回路将合成沸石用作干燥剂。 干燥剂用来吸收系统加注中进入回路的水分。 在膨胀阀冻结时,干燥剂变质。 如果干燥剂 (4) 无效,更换干燥和接收罐。


注意

如果制冷系统在空气中暴露 (没有被塞住)超过 30 分钟,则储气罐 – 干燥器必须更换。 潮气会进入打开的制冷系统,引起锈蚀,从而导致部件损坏。

过滤器 (5) - 进入冷却系统中任何数量的粉尘或碎屑均可导致膨胀阀堵塞。 制冷剂压缩机出现故障时可能产生碎屑。 冷却系统的冷却能力将出现不足。 过滤器 (5) 用来滤除制冷剂中的粉尘和碎屑。 更换堵塞的过滤器 (5) 。
