不正确的"车速标定"将使 ECM 内存储的燃油经济性数据出现错误。 不正确的"车速标定"将使利用 ECM 计算得到的燃油经济性数据出现错误。

ECM 将车速信号转换为千米/小时(km/h)或英里/小时(mph)来计算车速。 转换因数是一个客户可编程参数,按照脉冲/千米(PPKM)或脉冲/英里(PPM)进行存储。

注: ECM 车速表信号设定在 18600 脉冲/千米(PPKM)或 30000 脉冲/英里(PPM)。 不能修改这个设定值。 ECM 驱动的所有车速表必须设定到 30000 PPM 才能正常工作。

测试步骤 1. 已知所有变量的情况下计算脉冲/千米(英里)。

  1. 计算脉冲/千米(PPKM)或脉冲/英里(PPM)。

    PPKM = K X Ra X N.

    PPM = M X Ra X N.

    K - 这个符号代表轮胎转/千米。 这是一个常量,需要除以轮胎静态负载半径。

ECM 只能提供上述信号。

  • 异常 -
