- 关闭主供油阀。
- 卸下排放塞 (5)。 按下排气塞 (1)，使燃油开始流动。 使燃油排放到适当的容器中。 妥善处理燃油。
- 安装排放螺塞。
- 从底座 (2)上卸下壳体 ( 3)。
- 从壳体上卸下滤芯 ( 4)。 处置用过的滤芯。
- 取下密封垫。 清洁以下部件：
- 壳体
- 密封垫
- 底座
检查密封垫是否损坏和老化。 必要时，更换密封垫。
- 安装密封垫。 用干净的柴油润滑密封垫。

注意 粗滤器/油水分离器可以被预先注满，以避免发动机因燃油中有空气而造成运转粗暴/停转。 安装前不要用燃油注满细滤器。 这些燃油将不被过滤并可能受到污染。 污染的燃油会加速燃油系统零件的磨损。
- 将新滤芯装入壳体内。 此时可以向壳体充油。
- 将壳体安装在底座上。 用手拧紧壳体。 不要使用工具来拧紧壳体。

注意 发动机正常运行时，油水分离器处于负压状态。 确保放气塞拧紧牢固，以防止空气进入燃油系统。
- 打开主供油阀。
- 起动发动机，检查渗漏。 运转发动机1分钟。 使发动机停机，再次检查渗漏。
