- 从水泵壳体 (3) 上卸下进气接头 (1) 。 拆下 O 形密封圈 (2) 。
- 从水泵壳体 (3) 上卸下水泵滤清器 (17) 。
- 从水泵轴 (13) 上卸下螺栓 (11) 和垫圈 (9) 。
- 使用工具 (A) 将叶轮 (7) 从水泵轴 (13) 上拆下。
- 从水泵轴 (13) 上卸下螺栓 (12) 和垫圈 (10) 。
- 从水泵轴 (13) 上卸下齿轮 (5) 。
- 从水泵壳体上拆下螺栓 (18) 和护圈 (8) 。
- 从水泵壳体上卸下水泵轴 (13) 。
- 使用适当的压具和工具 (B) ，将轴承组件 (15) 从水泵轴 (13) 上拆下。
- 使用适当的压具和工具 (C) ，从水泵壳体 (3) 上卸下密封总成 (14) 。
