- 使用工具 (F) 清洁轴 (10) 和壳体 (4) 中油封 (5) 的沉头孔。
- 使用工具 (A) 将新油封 (5) 安装到壳体 (4) 中。 安装密封时使密封金属表面上的零件号朝向壳体。 确保油封与壳体沉头孔的前边缘平齐。 请勿润滑油封。
- 将轴承内圈 (6) 安装到轴 (10) 上。
- 安置轴承挡圈 (8)，使 "本侧朝外" 标记朝向轴 (10) 的齿轮端。 安装齿轮 (15)。 将垫圈 (12) 和螺栓 (13) 安装到轴 (10) 上。 将螺栓 (13) 拧紧至扭矩为
215 ± 40 N·m (159 ± 30 lb ft) 。 - 在轴 (10) 上滑动工具 (B)。 锥边缘将朝向外侧。
- 将齿轮和轴组件安装到壳体 (4) 中。 小心不要损坏油封。 安装将轴承挡圈 (8) 固定在壳体上的螺栓 (14)。
- 从轴 (10) 上拆下工具 (B)。
- 使用工具 (D) 和适合的压具，将新的密封件 (2) 安装到轴 (10) 上和壳体 (4) 中。 确保密封外侧壳体完全座入壳体中。
- 将叶轮 (3) 定位到轴 (10) 上。 安装垫圈 (9) 和螺栓 (11)。 拧紧螺栓至扭矩为
39 ± 3 N·m (29 ± 2 lb ft) 。 - 将新的 O 形密封圈安装到适配器 (1) 的外侧。 利用干净的机油轻轻润滑密封。
- 将新的 O 形密封圈 (7) 安装到适配器 (1) 上。
- 将适配器 (1) 安置到壳体 (4) 上。
- 将新的 O 形密封圈 (16) 安装到壳体 (4) 中。
