注意

保持所有零件清洁无杂质。

  1. 卸下将发动机油底壳固定在飞轮壳体 (2) 上的螺栓 (1)。

  2. 将工具 (A) 和适当的起吊设备安装在飞轮壳体 (2) 上。 飞轮壳体 (2) 的重量约为 134 kg (295 lb)

  3. 拆下螺栓 (3 )。 从缸体上卸下飞轮壳体 (2) 和密封垫。

  4. 从飞轮壳体上卸下挡板 (4)。

  1. 切口在 3 点钟的位置安装挡板 (4)。 挡板的前缘必须接触飞轮壳体。

  2. 将工具 (A) 和适当的起吊设备安装在飞轮壳体 (2) 上。 飞轮壳体 (2) 的重量约为 134 kg (295 lb)

  3. 将密封垫安置在缸体后表面的定位销上。 在飞轮壳体的底部涂敷工具 (B),填充缸体、飞轮壳体与发动机油底壳的空隙。

  4. 将飞轮壳体 (2) 定位在缸体上。 安装螺栓 (3)。

  5. 按照下列步骤拧紧螺栓:

    1. 按照数字顺序依次将螺栓 1 到螺栓 9 上紧到 100 ± 30 N·m (74 ± 22 lb ft) 的扭矩。

    2. 按照数字顺序依次将螺栓 10 到螺栓 23 上紧到 40 ± 10 N·m (30 ± 7 lb ft) 的扭矩。

    3. 按照数字顺序依次拧紧螺栓 1 到螺栓 9 至扭矩为 135 ± 20 N·m (100 ± 15 lb ft)

    4. 按照数字顺序依次将螺栓 10 到螺栓 23 上紧到 55 ± 10 N·m (41 ± 7 lb ft) 的扭矩。

  6. 安装将发动机油底壳固定在飞轮壳体 (2) 上的螺栓 (1)。

结束:

  1. 安装后动力输出装置(RPTO)。 请参考拆解和组装, "后动力输出装置(RPTO)- 安装"。

  2. 安装电起动马达。 请参阅拆解和组装, "电起动马达 - 拆卸和安装"。

  3. 安装曲轴后密封。 请参阅拆解和组装, "曲轴后油封 - 安装"。
