- Drain the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".

- Remove coolant level sensor (2) from the heat exchanger.

- Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of the coolant level sensor.
Note: Do not apply Tooling (A) to a new coolant level sensor.
- Install coolant level sensor (2) and tighten to a torque of
22 ± 3 N·m (16 ± 2 lb ft) . - Connect harness assembly (1).
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".
