- 彻底清洁部件和配合面。
- 将燃油输送泵 (4) 定位到单体喷油器液压泵 (1) 上。 确保将燃油输油泵的驱动舌片对准泵轴端部的驱动槽。

- 安装螺栓 (3) 。 此时略微拧紧螺栓。
- 拆下工具 (A) ，并安装剩余螺栓 (2) 。 此时略微拧紧螺栓。
- 安装燃油输送泵 (4) 的安装螺栓 (5) 。 此时略微拧紧螺栓。
- 将螺栓 (2) 和 (3) 均匀上紧到 28 ± 2 N·m (21 ± 1 lb ft) 的扭矩。
- 将螺栓 (2) 和 (3) 重新上紧到 28 ± 2 N·m (21 ± 1 lb ft) 的扭矩。
- 拧紧螺栓 (5) ，使其扭矩达到 8.0 ± 0.4 N·m (71 ± 4 lb in)。
