切不可將吊環螺栓和托架弄彎。 只可在張力下給予吊環螺栓和托架負載。 請記住，若支撐件和物體之間的角度變得小於90度，吊環螺栓的能力會由此變小。 當需要把某個角度上的組件拆下時，只可使用與其重量成比例的連接支架。 |
用起重機來拆卸重的組件。 用可調整起重樑來吊舉引擎。 所有的支撐件 (鏈條和鋼索) 都必須相互平行。 鏈條和鋼索應該垂直於被吊舉物體的頂部。
有些拆卸工作要求用吊舉設備，以取得較佳的平衡。 吊舉設備也可提供安全性能。
若只拆卸引擎，請使用裝在引擎上的吊環。
吊環是為具體的引擎配置而設計和安裝的。 若更改吊環和/或引擎，則吊環和吊舉設備可能不適用。 如果已經更改這些物件，則必須保證可以提供適當的吊舉裝置。 若需適當吊舉引擎的設備資訊，請洽詢您的 卡特彼勒代理商。

如欲拆卸引擎和船用變速箱，請使用引擎上的吊環。 用可調整起重樑來吊舉引擎。 所有的支撐件 (鏈條和鋼索) 都必須相互平行。 鏈條和鋼索應該垂直於被吊舉物體的頂部。 如需適當吊舉您的整體設備的資訊，請向您的 卡特彼勒代理商諮詢或請諮詢原廠。
若只有拆卸船用變速箱，請使用船用變速箱殼上的吊環螺栓。 請諮詢原廠有關適當的吊舉說明 (如有配備)。
若組件無法被拆卸，請確認已拆除所有螺栓和螺帽。 確認無相鄰零件造成拆卸阻礙。
