Pastikan semua suku cadang bersih dari kontaminan. Kontaminan dapat menyebabkan keausan yang cepat dan mempersingkat umur komponen. |
- Periksa kondisi gasket. Ganti gasket, jika perlu.
- Posisikan gasket dan penutup (3) pada rumah depan.
- Pasang stud (2).
Catatan: Baut (4) adalah baut panjang. Gunakan Peralatan (A) pada ulir sebelum pemasangan.
- Pasang baut (4).
- Pasang baut (1).

Catatan: Muka belakang penutup (3) dan muka depan rumah harus dalam keadaan bersih.
Diakhiri dengan:
- Pasang seal depan crankshaft. Rujuk ke Pembongkaran dan Perakitan, "Seal Depan Crankshaft - Pemasangan".
- Pasang grup pemasangan penggerak kipas. Rujuk ke Pembongkaran dan Perakitan, "Grup Pemasangan Penggerak Kipas - Pelepasan dan Pemasangan".
- Pasang pompa pemindahan bahan bakar. Rujuk ke Pembongkaran dan Perakitan, "Pompa Pemindahan Bahan Bakar - Pemasangan".
