- Gunakan Peralatan (A) untuk melepaskan roda-gigi crankshaft (2) dari crankshaft (1).
- Lepaskan pin penggerak (3).

- Pasang pin penggerak (3).

Selalu gunakan sarung tangan pelindung saat menangani suku cadang yang telah dipanaskan.
Catatan: Jangan gunakan suluh untuk memanaskan roda gigi. Roda gigi dapat melengkung jika suluh digunakan. Kekerasan roda gigi juga dapat berubah oleh penggunaan suluh.
- Panaskan oven terlebih dahulu hingga mencapai temperatur maksimum
210° C (410° F) . - Panaskan roda-gigi crankshaft (2) dalam oven selama maksimum satu jam.
- Pasang roda-gigi crankshaft (2) pada bagian ujung crankshaft (1). Pastikan slot (4) di roda-gigi crankshaft (2) disejajarkan dengan pin penggerak (3).

- Gunakan Peralatan (C) untuk memastikan roda-gigi crankshaft (2) dipasang terhadap bahu (5) di crankshaft (1).
Catatan: Periksa roda-gigi crankshaft di tiga tempat dengan Peralatan (C).
