- 将 O 形密封圈 (25) 和密封垫 (24) 安装在发动机缸体上。

- 安装隔盘 (22) 。

- 在隔盘 (22) 上安装缸垫 (19) 、密封件 (20) 、密封件 (21) 和 O 形密封圈 (23) 。
- 在缸盖 (4) 上固定工具 (A) 和适当的起吊设备。 缸盖 (4) 的重量约为 50 kg (110 lb)。

- 定位缸盖 (4) 。
- 清洁螺栓 (17) 。
- 将清洁的发动机机油涂抹在螺栓 (17) 的螺纹上，然后安装螺栓 (17) 。
- 按照数字顺序依次拧紧螺栓 (17) 至扭矩为 30 ± 5 N·m (22 ± 4 lb ft)。
- 按照数字顺序将螺栓 (17) 依次重新上紧到 270 ± 35 N·m (200 ± 26 lb ft) 的扭矩。
- 按照数字顺序将螺栓 (17) 依次重新上紧到 450 ± 20 N·m (330 ± 15 lb ft) 的扭矩。
- 用 55 ± 10 N·m (40 ± 7 lb ft)的扭矩拧紧螺栓 (18) 。
- 将密封垫置于缸盖 (4) 上。
- 连接适配器组件 (13) 。

- 安装 O 形密封圈和弯头 (15) 。
- 将密封垫 (11) 和 O 形密封圈 (12) 定位在缸盖 (4) 上。

- 在缸盖 (4) 上定位排气歧管 (6) 和密封件。

- 将卡箍 (8) 定位于排气歧管 (6) 上。
- 安装螺栓 (7) 。
- 将工具 (B) 涂抹在螺栓 (5) 上。 同时拧紧对角相对的螺栓 (5) ，要达到以下扭矩 55 ± 5N·m (41 ± 4 lb ft)。
- 如有必要，请在排气歧管 (6) 上安装热电偶。 安装之前先在热电偶上涂抹工具 (C) 。 如果热电偶为直式，拧紧螺母至扭矩为 25 ± 5 N·m (18 ± 4 lb ft)。 若热电偶有 90 度弯曲，拧紧螺母至扭矩为 12 ± 3 N·m (105 ± 27 lb in)。
- 安装护罩组件 (3) 。
