Usage:
Introduction
The 935B comes standard with the "twist grip" type governor control. The conventional "straight line" governor control is now being offered as a KIT to satisfy customer preference.

Parts Removal
1. Remove front cover (1), and transmission lock control (2) knob.
2. Disconnect rod end studs (3) and (4).
3. Disconnect rod end studs (5) and (6).
4. Remove 2 bolts and washers (7) and (8).
5. Remove support assembly (9).
Transmission Control Group (Right Side View)
6. Remove spring pin (10) and shaft (11).
7. Remove four screws (12) from cover plate (13) and remove lever assembly (14).
8. Remove bracket assembly (15); disassemble and save the following for use with the new assembly: bolt (16) and washer (17), yoke (18), washer (19), washers (20), shims (21), and (22).
NOTE: Additional shims (21) and (22), (6D6187 and 6D6189) may be required to achieve proper adjustment on the new assembly.
9. Remove 2 brackets (23) and (24).
Governor Control Group
Parts Installation
1. Remove item B (lever) and item C (bracket) from former governor control group. These items are to be repositioned and used again, as shown above, on the new governor control group.
- * Place governor in shutoff position and install item "B" as shown in Detail A.
- * Item "C" should be remounted with bolts in the two top holes.
Transmission Control Group
2. Install two brackets (25) and (26).
3. Assemble items (16), (17), (18), (19), (20), (21), and (22), removed in step eight above, on bracket assembly (27).
4. Install bracket assembly (27).
5. Assemble lever assembly (28) to the transmission control group, using spring pin (10) and shaft (11) removed in step six above. Adjust rod (29) with nut (30).
6. Install plate (31). Assemble knob (32) to rod (29).
7. Connect rod end studs (5) and (6).
Governor Control Group
8. Install bracket assembly (33).
9. Mount disc (34), plate assembly (35), washer (36), spring (37), seat (38), and washer (39), on shaft (Part of 5G1144 bracket assembly, item 27). Secure with nut (40).
10. Fasten rod (41) to plate assembly (35) with two bolts (42) and washers (43).
11. Secure existing rod end to plate assembly (35).
12. Install front cover (1) and transmission lock lever knob (2).
