3208 Industrial And Truck Engines
Description of Change: New hydraulic steering mounting groups and idler pulley groups are used on 3208 Industrial and Truck Engines. The new groups have a new idler pulley bracket that moves the pulley forward a small amount and gives better alignment of the idler pulley and crankshaft pulley. This will increase the service life of the vee-belt.
Adaptable To: The new 1W9109 Bracket is a direct replacement for the former 9N776 Bracket on 3208 Engines with Serial Nos. 90N52893-Up, 32Y68441-Up, 2Z1820-Up and 3Z920-Up.
The new bracket is used in the groups shown in the chart.
