- 检查所有机油管路和接头有无损坏和泄漏。
- 检查泵和接头有无损坏和泄漏。
- 巡查到油箱和各阀的泵管路。 检查管路有无损坏和泄漏。
- 检查油箱有无损坏和泄漏。
- 检查油箱的油位。
- 在发动机运转的同时，利用机油取样阀采集油样。 机油取样阀位于转向电磁阀和安全阀上。 检查油样中有无气泡。

- 拆下滤清器滤芯。 检查滤芯从油中滤除的杂质微粒。 磁铁将铁颗粒与非铁颗粒（活塞环、O 形圈或密封）分开。
