The head of the 8W9515 Pin As. may not have sufficient weld adhesion to the pin. These pin assemblies need to be removed from dealer Parts Stock.
Action Required
Inspect the head of all 8W9515 Pin Assemblies in dealer Parts Stock for an "X" stamped on the head of the pin. Remove all 8W9515 Pin Assemblies that do not have the "X" stamped on them to indicate that they have been reworked.
Do not install any pins that have not been reworked. Install only pins that have been stamped with an "X" on the head of the pin to indicate that they were reworked.

Submit one claim for all 8W9515 Pin Assemblies removed from Parts Stock.
